As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Cameraman to join our dynamic crew.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with a passion for documentary filmmaking, TV spots, and government films. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting impactful visual stories by selecting and editing footage from our in-house database. This role involves working closely with our cinematography team to bring narratives to life and contribute to the success of our productions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize proficiency in video editing software to create compelling films, TV spots, and government films.
• Collaborate with the in-house cinematography team to understand and meet project requirements.
• Select appropriate footage from the company's extensive database to match the narrative and concept of each project.
• Demonstrate a keen sense of storytelling through video editing, ensuring mass targeting concepts suitable for national news channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance editing techniques and creative capabilities.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new project ideas and approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in documentary, TV spot, or government film production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the cinematography team and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mass targeting concepts and audience preferences for national news channels.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for selecting appropriate footage to enhance storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on a stable, long-term basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
