We're seeking a passionate and skilled

Video Editor

with a knack for storytelling, a sharp eye for trends, and the technical chops to produce captivating content. Your role will focus on editing

YouTube Videos, Shorts, Reels

, and

podcast content

, transforming raw footage into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy videos that grow our audience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit long-form podcast episodes and repurpose them into short-form highlights for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Craft visually engaging, fast-paced edits tailored to mobile-first consumption.
- Understand and apply social media trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
- Add captions, animations, transitions, and effects to elevate viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align edits with brand voice and goals.
- Manage files, versioning, and backups for efficient workflow and collaboration.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (mention your preference).
-Experience editing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
-Strong grasp of pacing, audio syncing, jump cuts, and motion graphics.
-Basic audio cleanup and enhancement skills (especially for podcasts).
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Creative thinker with an understanding of what drives engagement.

Bonus Points If You Have:

-Experience with color grading and sound design.
-Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail best practices.
-Familiarity with AI tools or automation to speed up editing workflows.
