Role: Video Editor - IT Industry (Immediate)

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Coimbatore

Requirements:

Worked in Instagram Reels, YouTube shorts

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Video Content: Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to edit video content for internal and external use, including promotional videos, product demos, social media clips, and training materials.
• Video Production: Organize and manage all phases of video production, from conceptualization to post-production.
• Graphics & Effects: Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure high technical standards, such as proper lighting, sound, and image clarity.
• File Management: Maintain organized file management, ensuring all video projects are saved and archived appropriately.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and IT staff to ensure videos align with brand standards.
• Adaptability: Edit videos for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring optimized performance across digital channels.
• Review & Feedback: Collaborate with stakeholders to review final cuts, implement feedback, and approve the final output.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an IT or tech-related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma) .
• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure all content is polished and professional.
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in video editing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• IT Knowledge: Familiarity with tech concepts and the ability to simplify technical content into engaging videos.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
