As a Video Editor specializing in sports content, you will play a key role in producing engaging and captivating video content that showcases the excitement, drama, and highlights of various sporting events.


#### Responsibilities:



• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create compelling storytelling narratives through video editing techniques, including pacing, timing, and transitions.
• Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines, style, and tone.
• Incorporate graphics, effects, and animations to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, sports broadcasting, and digital media.
• Manage and organize video assets, including file management, archiving, and metadata tagging.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve video content and production processes.




#### Requirements:



• Proven 3-4 years experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of sports-related projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives and evoke emotions through video.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and feedback.
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of various sports and their nuances.
