Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage from video shoots into cohesive stories that meet the creative vision of the project.
• Assemble recorded footage, add sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Cut and edit long-form content into shorter, more digestible clips for multiple platforms.
• Post-Production:
• Enhance video content with appropriate visual elements, including transitions, filters, animations, and titles.
• Sync audio with visuals, ensuring clarity and quality of sound.
• Correct lighting and color balance to ensure a polished final product.
• Manage file storage and ensure footage is organized and archived correctly.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with directors, producers, and the creative team to understand the goals and vision for each project.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on edits to meet client or internal expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Content Creation:
• Assist in brainstorming and developing video concepts and scripts that align with marketing campaigns or brand initiatives.
• Create promotional, instructional, and event recap videos, as well as social media content.
• Stay up to date with current video trends and styles, and recommend creative approaches to enhance video output.
• File Management and Delivery:
• Ensure videos are exported in the correct formats and resolutions for different platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Archive and manage media files for future access and reuse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
