for in-house and external events. We are seeking a skilled

Video Producer

with

2 to 4 years of experience

to lead all aspects of video production.

In-House Event Production

Conduct

venue recce

and collaborate on

technical layouts

for events. Prepare

technical instructions

for LED Watch-out, lighting, camera, and sound teams. Conceptualize and produce

promotional and title videos

. Prepare

embedded screen videos

and manage event run-downs. Handle

packing, transporting, and setting up

video equipment.

External Event Video Production

Review

videographer portfolios

and finalize selections. Collaborate with

editorial and marketing teams

to define project goals. Develop

storyboards

and oversee

pre-promo video production

.

Video Production & Direction

Frame concepts for

interviews, news segments, and series

. Develop

workflows, storyboards, and creative setups

for shoots. Direct and manage the

production crew

to ensure high-quality output

Post-Production & Content Delivery

Organize and manage video footage; create

master timelines

. Work with editorial teams to

review and finalize content

for YouTube. Consolidate and transfer all project data to storage

post-completion

.

Studio & Equipment Management

Maintain

studio equipment

and manage production budgets. Oversee the

entire video production workflow

from

pre-production to post-production

. Ensure

studio and editing setups

are clean and well-maintained.

What We're Looking For

1.

2-4 years of experience

in video production and event management.
2. Strong

technical knowledge

of video equipment, lighting, and sound systems.
3. Excellent

storytelling, organizational, and leadership skills

.
4. Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools

.
5. Familiarity with

YouTube content creation & management

.
