Job Overview:

Realatte Ventures is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a strong eye for visual composition, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, advertisements, presentations, and other platforms. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video content. Ensure all videos are consistent with the company's branding and message.

Content Creation:

Create engaging promotional videos, property showcases, testimonials, and explainer videos. Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and music to enhance the quality of content.

Quality Assurance:

Review and refine edits based on feedback from the team and stakeholders. Ensure all video outputs meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.

Asset Management:

Organize and manage a library of video assets, including footage, sound effects, and templates. Maintain backups and ensure the proper archiving of all projects.

Innovation:

Stay updated on video editing trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of content. Suggest new formats and creative ideas to elevate Realatte Ventures' visual storytelling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a real estate or marketing environment. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Strong understanding of motion graphics and experience with After Effects is a plus. Knowledge of audio editing and color correction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. A portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
