Position Summary:

This role requires strong planning, creation, and design editing skills as part of the Digital Marketing Team. The candidate will work directly with the Team Lead and Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with other teams as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining the visual identity and creating visual content, with a focus on photography and videography to promote the company and its associated entities. The candidate will enhance the online experience on the website, social media, and printed materials.

Essential Job Functions:

• Capture photography and videography for experiential, social media, and product/event videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to develop a content calendar and an overall brand video strategy.
• Plan and organize external photography and videography resources as needed for projects.
• Assist creatively in setting up locations for photography.
• Conduct post-production and editing of all photography and videography.
• Upload and organize creative content on the company's website and digital asset management system.
• Manage licensing and legal documents related to content creation.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
• Drone experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.

Education/Experience:

• Degree in videography, photography, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the creative or graphic design field.
• Proven ability to plan, create, and deliver high-quality video, photography, and designs.
• Proficient in post-production and editing of video and photography.
• Experience designing brand content for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing apps (Canva/Inshot/Vimeo/Kinemaster/Capcut)
• Ability to multitask and manage several creative projects simultaneously.
• Excellent creative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Occasional outdoor shooting required.
• Potential for long working hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to make models comfortable and provide clear instructions for shoots.
• Some evening and weekend work required.
• Friendly nature and team-player attitude essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
