I am looking for someone doesn't only follow the instructions but is also capable of visualising on her/ his own.

We go and shoot on client's brief and given resources. We are in need of people who can understand the content and visuals and find the best way to execute the same in the best possible manner.

He/ She should have a sound mind and the visualizing power.

Responsibilities:

? Work with a wide range of Adobe CC media tools to produce static and Video Editor (Premiere Pro).

? Understand client requirements and briefs and determine the end output efficiently and independently.

? Conceptualize the design output independently and deliver within the prescribed deadlines.

? Possesses a creative flair and originality.

? Consult the team and/or client before finalizing the best output for the intended purpose. ? Work effectively in a team environment with Project Coordinators and Leaders Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project coordinators.

? Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key Persons.

? Strictly comply with internal brand guidelines and adhere to standards on fonts, colours and images. Must-Have Skills:

? Proven skills and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

? Excellent creative and video editing skills with designing experience and helping in minor or key eyed-detail changes.

? Experience in motion graphics.

? Should have problem solving skills, creative thinking and able to suggest ideas according to client needs to fulfil the requirements.

? Good communication skills.

? Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

? Ability to identify and troubleshoot.

? Ability to conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
