Job Overview:

Barcadly Services is looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual content, ensuring seamless storytelling through professional editing techniques. This role requires expertise in video editing, VFX, animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and mockups for various platforms, including YouTube videos, reels, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyse raw footage to create a structured shot list.

Trim, rearrange, and modify footage to create a polished and engaging final product.

Apply video effects (VFX), motion graphics, and 3D modeling to enhance video quality.

Insert and synchronize sound, music, and voiceovers, ensuring optimal audio levels.

Design and integrate static and motion graphics to elevate video aesthetics.

Utilize advanced animation techniques to bring creative ideas to life.

Edit YouTube videos, reels, and social media content to align with branding requirements.

Work collaboratively with the creative team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with emerging video editing technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a professional setting.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).

Experience in motion graphics and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).

Strong knowledge of VFX, 3D modelling, and mock-ups.

Ability to create engaging content for YouTube, reels, and other digital platforms.

Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Ability to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively.
