Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Video Editor

to produce high-quality videos that enhance our educational offerings. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in video editing, with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with our educational objectives. Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement. Ensure all video content meets quality standards and is delivered on schedule.

2. Asset Management:

Organize and manage video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow. Ensure proper archiving of completed projects for future reference.

3. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and educational content. Seek feedback to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing. Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for web and mobile platforms. Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and animations is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to articulate creative ideas and receive constructive feedback.

Pay: ?3.00 - ?5.00 per year
