We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and contribute across our industries by creating engaging video content that highlights our diverse business portfolio. If you're passionate about storytelling and have a background in Mass Communication, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams across all verticals--gold buying, media, hospitality, real estate, and finance--to create video content tailored to each sector.

- Edit raw video footage to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content that aligns with each business's objectives.

- Trim, cut, and assemble video segments, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions.

- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and text overlays to enhance the overall quality of videos.

- Perform color correction, visual effects, and ensure proper audio synchronization.

- Develop creative video formats for campaigns, social media, PR initiatives, and brand promotions across all SriStar Group entities.

- Review and select the best shots for the final edit, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Design visually striking thumbnails and cover images to accompany videos.

- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and editing techniques to improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, production, and creative teams, to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

- A degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a diverse portfolio showcasing your editing expertise across various industries.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.

- Strong understanding of video codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and optimization for different platforms.

- Expertise in video storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.

- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
