JOB DESCRIPTION FOR VIDEO EDITOR

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who is also having experience in capturing high-quality footage and produce engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and proficiency in video editing software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cameraman Duties-

1. Operate cameras and other video equipment to capture professional-quality footage.

2. Set up lighting, angles, and sound to enhance video quality.

3. Plan and execute shots based on scripts or project requirements.

4. Ensure proper storage and organization of raw footage.

Video Editing Duties-

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos.

2. Add effects, transitions, music, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling.

3. Ensure color correction and sound design align with the project's tone.

4. Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams for final output.

5. Manage video files and maintain an organized content library.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience as a Cameraman and Video Editor.

2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

3. Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and sound equipment.

4. Strong understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback.

6. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for video production.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree or certification in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.

2. Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
