### Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for real estate listings, promotional materials, social media, and company websites.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively convey the desired message and brand identity.

Handle all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.

Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to create engaging and dynamic content.

Create videos that highlight property features, neighborhood amenities, and market trends to attract potential buyers and investors.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of the content.

Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style across all media.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience creating video content for real estate listings or marketing.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Understanding of SEO principles to optimize video content for search engines.
