JOB SUMMARY:


We are looking for an experienced and creative VIDEO EDITOR to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ADOBE PREMIERE PRO or FILMORA and a proven ability to edit long-form videos. A basic understanding of COLOR GRADING , SOUND MIXING , and VFX will be an added advantage.


The candidate should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring stories to life through professional editing.


• EDIT LONG-FORM VIDEO CONTENT SUCH AS INTERVIEWS, DOCUMENTARIES, PODCASTS, TRAINING videos, and marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Filmora.


• Perform basic COLOR GRADING to enhance video quality and consistency.


• Execute basic SOUND MIXING to ensure clear and balanced audio output.


• Incorporate VFX elements such as transitions, overlays, and basic motion graphics where required.


• Organize and manage video assets, raw footage, and timelines to maintain project workflow efficiency.


• Collaborate with the creative team, producers, and content strategists to meet project goals and deadlines.


• Ensure the final output aligns with the project brief, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling standards.


• Provide creative input to enhance video concepts and editing processes.


REQUIREMENTS:


• EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with long-form content.


• SOFTWARE SKILLS: Proficiency in ADOBE PREMIERE PRO or FILMORA is a must.


• TECHNICAL SKILLS:


• Basic understanding of COLOR GRADING to maintain consistent tones and aesthetics.


• Knowledge of SOUND MIXING for clear and balanced audio integration.


• Experience working with BASIC VFX tools and techniques.


• Strong storytelling skills to create engaging and polished video content.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
