Position Title : Senior Video Editor
Location : Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad
Experience : 2-5 years in Relevant Field

Objective
We are seeking an experienced •Senior Video Editor • to join our team at •Next Wavee • - •dynamic podcast organization •. You will play a key role in elevating our video content, collaborating closely with the marketing department to produce top-tier video assets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all video production efforts, ensuring high-quality output for Next Wavee podcast episodes and related content.
• Edit long-form podcast videos, create engaging promotional teasers and adapt content for multiple platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat.
• Work alongside the graphic design and distribution teams to maintain consistency across our visual branding.
• Provide creative direction, oversee post-production processes, and ensure smooth workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior editors and interns, ensuring timely delivery of all video projects.

Qualifications :

• Graduate In Any Discipline Or A Related Qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in Video Editing or a related field.
• Well Versed Expertise in video editing with a strong portfolio; formal training in video editing is a plus
• Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and adapting content for different digital platforms.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with creating or incorporating motion graphics and visual effects to enrich videos.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with our managing directors and marketing team.
• Knowledge of video specifications and best practices for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
