You\'ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, guiding junior editors, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the company\'s vision and goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior video editors, providing guidance and feedback on editing techniques, storytelling, and overall quality standards.
- Oversee the entire video production process, from conception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and execute video content that aligns with the company\'s brand and objectives.
- Manage project schedules, deadlines, and resources effectively to meet client or internal deadlines.
- Continuously improve editing workflows and processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and editing techniques to enhance team capabilities and maintain high-quality standards.
- Proven experience (2 years) in video editing with expertise in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) at a media company or startup.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and guide a team of junior editors.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects and experience in managing project timelines.
