Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos. Enhance videos with sound effects, music, graphics, animations, and transitions. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and target audiences. Optimize video content for different platforms (social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, etc.). Apply color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives. Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, software, and industry trends. Manage video assets, organize project files, and maintain an efficient workflow. Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve,

or other video editing software. Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and cinematography. Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design. Experience with

green screen editing, special effects, and 3D animation

(preferred but not required). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in video editing or a related role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in editing for

corporate videos, advertisements, documentaries, social media, or vlogs.

Familiarity with video compression, rendering, and file formats. Ability to work with a script and storyboard effectively. Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus.
