Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Your expertise in storytelling, technical editing skills, and attention to detail will be critical in producing high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Enhance video quality using color correction, sound design, and special effects.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video concepts.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Post-Production:
• Manage timelines, edit iterations, and maintain project deadlines.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the final output.
• Technical Expertise:
• Work with various editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Optimize videos for specific platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram).
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with producers, directors, and other team members for seamless production.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
• Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets, project files, and backups.
• Stay updated on new tools and trends to continually improve workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in professional video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and color grading is a plus.
• Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and export settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing past video projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, or other multimedia skills.
• Familiarity with emerging video trends and technology.
