Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and visually appealing videos for our customers/Partners. Key Responsibilities : Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, marketing materials and daily content production. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate the message. Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling and engaging videos that resonate with the target audience. Enhance videos with effects, animations, transitions, and other elements to elevate the overall quality and visual appeal. Ensure the videos align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Multimedia Content Creation: Generate multimedia content, including short animations, GIFs, and cinemographs, to enhance social media presence and user engagement. Image and Video Optimization: Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms, considering resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats, to ensure optimal performance and quick loading times. Collaboration and Feedback: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and social media, to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design and video edits. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization techniques for different platforms. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Creative thinking and ability to turn conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs and compelling videos. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback to improve the quality of work. Preferred Skills: Experience in motion graphics and animation. Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software. Knowledge of video marketing trends and strategies.
