Job Description

We re looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team and help us create visually stunning content that captures the essence of our brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about video creation, design, and storytelling, and is excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning and engaging graphics for use across our digital and print channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and offline collateral.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional content and more.
• Develop a consistent and recognizable visual identity for our brand that aligns with our tone of cool, young, quirky, and fun.
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Work with the Social Media Manager to develop a consistent and visually stunning content calendar for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Design and produce print collateral, such as flyers, posters, and brochures, that showcase our hostel s unique features and experiences.
• Design and produce merchandise, such as t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers, that capture the essence of our brand and create a sense of community among our guests.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging tools and software, and implement new strategies and features that align with our brand s goals.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging visuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Social Media, and Operations.
• Passion for travel and adventure, with a strong understanding of the backpacker culture and community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
