Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor & Creative Designer to join our creative team. This role combines video editing expertise with creative design skills to produce high-quality videos that engage and captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to execute complex video editing tasks while contributing to the overall creative direction of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished video content for a variety of platforms (social media, YouTube, internal communications, etc.) while ensuring the final product aligns with the brand's message and tone.

Design and integrate engaging graphics, animations, titles, and effects to enhance video content and create a compelling visual experience. Develop and refine creative concepts, ensuring that the narrative flow, pacing, and structure are clear, engaging, and impactful.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative video content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Create eye-catching motion graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance video production.

Edit and enhance audio, including dialogue, sound effects, and background music to create the perfect balance for the video.

Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to review and revise video content based on feedback and direction.

Bring fresh ideas to the table for how to approach each project, ensuring the final video content is innovative and visually compelling.

Organize and manage video files and assets for easy access and reference during production and post-production phases.

Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and software in both video editing and creative design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and creative design skills.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong skills in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, and audio editing.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life through video and design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
