Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual narratives.
Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software to assemble raw footage into polished videos with high production value.
Ensure that video content meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.
Edit reels, short-form videos, and highlight clips to optimize engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Edit podcast episodes, including adding intros, outros, music, and sound effects as necessary.
Work closely with producers and content creators to understand project requirements and deliver content within specified timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques, tools, and technology.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Experience editing various types of content including reels, podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction.
A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing is preferred.
