Job Overview:

Kartblue is looking for a talented Video Shooting & Editing Professional to create high-quality video content for our social media platforms. This role involves shooting, editing, and optimizing videos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, drones, or mobile devices. Edit videos with smooth transitions, color grading, sound effects, and motion graphics. Create short-form and long-form content, including promotional videos, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and product showcases. Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring the best resolution, format, and aspect ratios. Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video shooting and editing. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics. Knowledge of lighting, audio recording, and color correction. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in creating engaging social media content is a plus.

Preferred:

Experience with motion graphics and animations (Adobe After Effects is a plus). Photography skills and knowledge of social media marketing trends.
