Job Title: Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast television.

Responsibilities:

- Edit video footage to create high-quality, engaging content

- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure edited content meets project requirements

- Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit, trim, and arrange footage

- Add music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance edited content

- Ensure edited content meets brand guidelines and style

- Deliver edited content on time and within budget

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in video editing

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quality Metrics:

1. Edit Quality: 90% of edited content meets project requirements and brand guidelines.

2. Client Satisfaction: 85% of clients are satisfied with edited content.

3. Error Rate: Less than 2% of edited content contains errors.

Efficiency Metrics:

1. Project Turnaround Time: Average project turnaround time is less than 3 days.

2. Edit Time: Average edit time per project is less than 2 hours.

3. Overtime: Less than 10% of projects require overtime.

Productivity Metrics:

1. Number of Projects Completed: Complete at least 20 projects per month.

2. Total Edit Hours: Log at least 80 edit hours per month.

3. Training and Development: Complete at least 2 hours of training or professional development per month.
