Job Description

Job Role: Video and Graphics Editor Responsibilities:

• Editing and enhancing video footage to create engaging and impactful content.
• Utilizing video editing software and tools to trim, splice, and synchronize video clips.
• Adding visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of videos.
• Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Creating visually appealing and informative graphics, animations, and visual elements for videos.
• Ensuring the consistency of branding elements and visual style across all video and graphic materials.
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to videos and graphics.
• Managing and organizing video and graphic assets, ensuring their accessibility and proper archiving.
• Staying updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements.
• Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for video and graphic projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in creating and editing motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling and video composition techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual design.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and video optimization techniques for different platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing and graphic design is preferred.
