Internship Overview: The Brothing is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern to join our dynamic content team. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about video production, content creation, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the editing of video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and our website, ensuring content aligns with The Brothing's brand voice and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging video segments that enhance our educational and promotional materials.
• Implement creative ways to edit video content, including cutting footage, inserting transition effects, working with audio, and ensuring consistent style and tone.
• Manage and organize video archives and ensure all content is backed up and easily accessible.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming projects.
• Help maintain the pace and standards of projects, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively with the broader team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Film, Media Production, Communication, or a similar field.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priorities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A portfolio or samples of past video projects (personal or professional) is highly desirable.
