Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy Development:

Create video content strategies tailored to clients' marketing goals (brand awareness, lead generation, etc.) and target audience.

- Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest video trends, platform algorithms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and audience preferences to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

- Content Planning:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ideate, plan, and structure video content that aligns with marketing objectives.

- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding:

Assist in developing creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards for videos that meet strategic objectives.

- Social Media Integration:

Develop video content plans that are optimized for various social media platforms, ensuring they are engaging, platform-friendly, and goal-oriented.

- Performance Monitoring:

Work with the team to monitor and analyze the performance of video campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Client Communication:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand voice to ensure the content reflects their vision.

- Creative Mindset:

Strong ability to generate fresh ideas and creatively translate client needs into engaging video content.

- Basic Video Production Knowledge:

An understanding of video production processes and tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

- Research Skills:

Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategies.

- Social Media Savvy:

Familiarity with video formats, trends, and best practices for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Organizational Skills:
