Job Overview:

A Video Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and publishing videos across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, have a strong understanding of video production techniques, and possess the ability to tailor content for different audiences. The role requires collaboration with other team members, including marketing, design, and communications teams, to ensure content aligns with the brand's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, websites, or blogs.
• Scripting & Storyboarding: Write scripts and plan storyboards for videos, ensuring a clear message and visual flow.
• Filming & Production: Set up, shoot, and manage video production, including lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
• Content Optimization: Ensure videos are optimized for each platform, considering aspect ratios, length, and engagement tactics.
• Audience Engagement: Understand target audience preferences and trends, tailoring content to maximize viewer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Video Production: Strong knowledge of video shooting, lighting and audio.
• Creative Skills: A creative mindset, with the ability to craft visually compelling stories through video.
