You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that drives engagement, enhances brand visibility, and fosters a strong community around CACTUS products for researchers. The ideal candidate will be an expert in video content creation, with experience in ideating, scripting, filming, editing, and producing both long-form content (such as YouTube videos and podcasts) and short-form content (such as Instagram Reels and Stories). A passion for storytelling and an ability to adapt content to our brandxe2x80x99s voice are essential. Job responsibilities:

• Video Production: Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging video content, both long-form (e.g., YouTube videos, podcasts) and short-form (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories), ensuring consistency with brand messaging and aesthetic.

• Voice Over Expertise: Utilize voice-over skills where necessary to enhance the storytelling aspect of videos, ensuring the content is engaging and professional.

• Trending Formats: Stay up-to-date with emerging video content trends, tools, and techniques, integrating them into content to maintain fresh, relevant, and optimized material.

Community Engagement:

• Manage direct messages, comments, and mentions across all social media profiles, responding promptly to audience inquiries and fostering meaningful connections.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of video content across platforms, including metrics like views, engagement, reach, and watch time.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

• Experience in content marketing or video content creation, with a strong focus on long-form content (e.g., YouTube, podcasts) and short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels).
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and podcast recording tools.
• Proven ability to ideate, script, film, and edit engaging long-form and short-form video content.
• Strong voice-over skills and the ability to create polished, professional audio.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Application process:Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised. Our selection process typically involves an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds. For this role, the process starts with an interview round with the Senior Manager, followed by a take-home Assessment, where candidates will have agreed upon timeline to complete the task. This is followed by a technical interview with the Director, and the final round will be with the HR Business Partner.
