We are looking for Video and Graphics Specialist to join our team . This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore. Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated Video and Graphics Specialist based in Bangalore to work remotely with our Global Design teams. You will be working with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting across our Global regions viz., UK, Canada, USA, ME, EU, and APAC. We are looking for someone who will execute projects with the highest attention to detail and be confident to roll out creative concepts to help us deliver a variety of design solutions. Having experience working with 3D modelling projects in 3DS Max, Maya and or Blender. With a strong knowledge of Premiere, Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator you will have a history of video production, motion work and strong type focused editorial, which has been complimented with infographics, diagram work and retouching skills. You will be producing high quality precise print and digital outputs for a variety of engineering, infrastructure, and architectural design projects. Your focus will be on producing accurate artwork for editorial layouts and creating graphics for project proposals and tenders. You will also be supporting with animation and editing for presentations, corporate messages, and social media work. You will be a strong communicator and a team player, embracing the variety of work and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment. You will have a strong portfolio/showreel that showcases excellent attention to detail across a variety of different video and graphic design-based applications (including editorial reports). Work Location: Bangalore Communication & Verbal Skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Ability to negotiate and deal with Project Managers across global regions daily. Able to deal and motivate staff and earn loyalty and respect. Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity. Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) / Visual Communication / Digital or Motion or equivalent bachelor\'s degree Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Out of which 3+ years of graphics, layout, and video experience across a variety of media. Responsibilities: Creative direction and quality reviews from the Design team Developing impactful graphics and motion to brand guidelines Producing and exporting print and screen ready documents to tight timescales Creating animated motion work that support business objectives Editing filmed work, adding corporate identity, and branding Supporting the production of accurate editorial design artwork from templates Creating animated and static social media work to template and senior designers\' layouts Delivering artwork that fits the brief and demonstrates design value Developing a friendly rapport with colleagues in remote locations Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills Complete timesheets accurately and on time Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop Excellent layout and typography skills Minimum 3 years creative industry experience in a design, animation or media post-production environment. Technical knowledge in video editing (Premiere), graphics and image editing (Illustrator, Photoshop), sound mixing (Audition), animation and motion graphics (After Effects). A full understanding of video editing / motion design techniques and principles. Understanding of video technical formats / codecs. Problem solving and ability to innovate to develop solutions. Good team spirit and a drive to support and develop within a creative team. Good IT skills with an understanding of excel, word, PowerPoint, or relevant compatible software. Excellent organisational skills and the highest attention to detail Confident communication with clients and colleagues Work proactively with own initiative and as part of the wider design community Unafraid to challenge, upholding standards and adding value through first-class delivery Passionate, driven and wanting to invest in Creative Design\'s vision and culture Adaptable and calm under pressure and a real team player A qualification in Graphic/Digital/Motion Design or similar is beneficial but not essential Collaborative: Proactively engage with the design team and demonstrable experience where you have had to use initiative and collaborative working. Experience of working in a multinational consultancy People: Working within a team, supporting, and learning off others. Financial: Working to set budgets and timescales. Able to assess results and draw conclusions/make recommendations. Physical: Responsible for care of all equipment, hardware and upkeep of tools Commercial: Understanding of commercial aspects of project/program management. Potential to support with costing and business development. Management: Able to report into Management and support leadership of projects and resource Good project management qualities would be beneficial Support in keeping the teams productive and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and UK teams. Where required, support Creative Design\'s business development.
