Your keen eye for engaging content will help us meet our creative and business objectives in the ever-changing landscape of the internet****Key Responsibilities:**+ **Monitor various video platforms to discover and submit relevant content that aligns with our strategy**+ **Watch online videos to assess their viral potential and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment**+ **Search for unique and innovative videos that fulfill both business and creative requirements**+ **Evaluate and curate user-generated videos for internal presentations and pitches.****Qualifications:**+ **A bachelors degree or equivalent in journalism/communication/media studies or allied fields preferred**+ **A minimum of 2 years of experience in video analysis or a related field, with a strong instinct for recognizing compelling content**+ **Excellent time management skills and a detail-oriented approach, ensuring thorough evaluations**+ **Familiarity with emerging trends in video and internet culture, with experience across multiple video-sharing platforms**+ **Ability to work under pressure and analyze videos for extended periods**+ **Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to keep up with the fast-paced nature of digital content**+ **Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to the team.****Preferred Skills & Knowledge**+ **Proficiency in Jira, Trello and awareness of any content management systems**+ **Strong communication skills in English - written and spoken**+ **Video editing skills are a plus****Work Arrangement: Hybrid - TBD**This job is posted with NTS Technology Services Pvt.
