We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our customer service team in a BPO environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general customer support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Provide information about products and services.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
BPO experience preferred but not required.
