Vice Principal
Job Description
Academic leadership : Assist the principal in providing academic leadership and guidance to the teaching staff
Staff management : support the recruitment, selection, and on boarding of teaching and non- teaching staff
Supervise and evaluate the performance of teachers and staff members
Provide mentorship ,professional development opportunities, and support to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the staff
Student discipline and welfare : support the maintenance of a safe ,inclusive and disciplined college environment
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement and enforce college policies and procedures
Address student behavior issues, provide guidance, and ensure student welfare and wellbeing
Conducting Training section of teaching staff
Conducting orientation training for the faculty members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
Experience:
• 12years: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
