to support the

Principal

in academic leadership, operational management, and school development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the

Principal

in achieving the school's vision and ensuring high educational standards. Lead curriculum development, teaching quality, and student assessments. Monitor and enhance teaching strategies, lesson plans, and learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with educational policies and foster continuous professional development for staff. Promote a positive school culture, discipline, and student well-being. Support school accreditation, inspections, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with internal and external teams for academic excellence and school operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in any discipline + B.Ed. (Education management certification preferred). Minimum

5 years

of leadership experience in a K-12 school (Vice Principal/Section Head). Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, time-table design, and academic administration.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
