Leadership and Management- *Support Principal*: Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, strategies, and initiatives.- *Staff Management*: Help in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating teachers and support staff. Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their performance and professional development.- *Substitute Leadership*: Act as the school leader in the absence of the Principal.- *Daily Operations*: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.- *Safety and Security*: Ensure the safety and security of students and staff by implementing and monitoring safety protocols.*Parent Communication*: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians. Address their concerns and involve them in school activities and decision-making processes- *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of student behavior, attendance, and academic performance.
