Leadership and Management - *Support Principal*: Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, strategies, and initiatives. - *Staff Management*: Help in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating teachers and support staff. Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their performance and professional development. - *Substitute Leadership*: Act as the school leader in the absence of the Principal. - *Daily Operations*: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance. - *Safety and Security*: Ensure the safety and security of students and staff by implementing and monitoring safety protocols. *Parent Communication*: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians. Address their concerns and involve them in school activities and decision-making processes - *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of student behavior, attendance, and academic performance. Prepare reports for the Principal and district administration. - *Policy Implementation*: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of school policies and procedures. *Educational Background*: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. *Teaching Experience*: Minimum of three to five years of successful teaching experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
