: As a Vice Principal at KMMS Mathura, you will have the unique opportunity to serve in a school located in a city steeped in cultural and historical significance. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

o Provide strategic leadership in setting the educational vision and goals for the school.

o Oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure academic excellence.

o Manage and mentor a team of dedicated teachers and staff members.

o Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement and success.

o Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the community to build strong partnerships.

o Implement effective discipline and behaviour management strategies.

o Manage the school budget and resources efficiently to support educational programs.

o Monitor student performance data and implement interventions as needed.

o Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards.

o Lead crisis management and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:

o A Ph.D./ Master\'s degree in Education or a related field.

o Leadership experience, preferably as a vice-principal or in a similar leadership role.

o Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

o Knowledge of educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum development.

o Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, educational laws, regulations, and standards.
