Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to join our school's leadership team. The successful candidate will assist the Principal in overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the school, with a focus on teacher management and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in leading and managing the school
- Supervise and evaluate teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement teacher training and development programs
- Foster a positive and productive school culture
- Manage student behavior and discipline
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Analyze student performance data and develop strategies for improvement
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and the broader school community
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a school administrator (Vice Principal or Department Head)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire teachers and students
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation
- Experience with teacher evaluation and development
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGT with 5 years experience in any school
- Experience with school accreditation and quality assurance processes
