Primary Responsibilities:
• Administrative Leadership:
• Assist the Principal in formulating and implementing school policies, programs, and procedures.
• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards.
• Act as the Principal's representative in their absence.
• Academic Oversight:
• Support curriculum planning, development, and evaluation to align with academic goals.
• Monitor teachers' lesson plans and classroom performance to ensure high teaching standards.
• Analyze student performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Student Management:
• Address disciplinary issues and maintain a positive school climate.
• Implement initiatives to promote student engagement, attendance, and well-being.
• Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
• Staff Supervision and Development:
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Organize professional development programs to enhance staff skills and effectiveness.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among staff.
• Parent and Community Relations:
• Act as a liaison between the school and parents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their engagement in school activities.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance the school's profile.
• Operations Management:
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to ensure the school operates efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance and safety of school facilities.
• Ensure the school meets health and safety standards.
