As a key member of Aeries Technologys North America growth team, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion and ensuring client satisfaction. In this role, you will:
Lead Globalization Strategy Implementation: Spearhead the execution of Aeries\' innovative Purpose-Built Model, ensuring clients receive customized solutions for their globalization strategies and Global Capability
Centre (GCC) development.
Client Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
Nurture and Grow Accounts: Develop an account plan that includes strategic opportunities, risks and threats, while aggressively driving purpose-built and digital services engagements across all lines of services.
Collaborate with Business Development, Delivery & Technology Teams: To ensure they understand client expectations and client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Required Expertise & Skills:
Account Management and Business Development experience in IT/BPO/Consulting Services industry, in the Private Equity, Portfolio Companies ecosystem.
Proven Success in Client Management: Has a successful track record in client management or a related field.
Global Experience: Has experience working in a global environment with teams in different time zones.
Strategic and Problem-Solving Mindset: Is a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Expertise in Globalization and GCCs (Global Capability Centers): Experience with globalization strategies and/or GCCs is a strong advantage. Must have experience in offshoring and nearshoring, with a proven track record.
Digital Transformation initiatives: Experience working with clients on digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and data analytics.
Emerging Technology: Understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on client's businesses.
The Candidate should have worked in the North America market.
