Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Training In this role, you will be responsible for setting up Global Training COE while strategizing, planning, and leading all activities related to Training in the US Wealth & Retirement management business. Responsibilities
Establish and Structure Training COE for the engagement: Develop a comprehensive strategy, approach, along with setting up the training team for wealth and retirement domain.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Oversee end-to-end training process and drive training effectiveness and performance improvement. Manage new hires and training from day 1 of joining till they achieve required proficiency.
Knowledge Management and Upliftment: Drive best practices for successful knowledge transfer, retention, and continuous management. Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge within the training team.
Continuous Improvement and Cross-functional Collaboration: Identify opportunities for improvement in training processes and implement necessary changes. Proactively address any effectiveness-related issues by collaborating with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions. Foster cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates on training. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality training and maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Relevant years of experience in the wealth and retirement domain
Experience of leading global training teams as a Global training leader
Proficiency in leveraging tools and technologies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge management
Strong understanding of US Retirement and wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Team leading and client management skills
