VP - Supply Chain Management Strategy & Transformation (For a MNC Client)
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to new employees on team
- Management and supervision of activities in India for the Supply Chain Business Management team (manage the workflow of 5 employees supporting various Business Management activities.
- Develop and lead Business Unit Reviews, manage monthly management tasks, develop/ maintain SCM\'s OKR\'s/metrics, In-office reporting, open position reporting
- Capable to lead conversations at Executive/Senior Leadership levels
- Business writing skills and executive presence, should be well thought, organized, and must have eye for detail.
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Management process improvement
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- As a manager, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members. Attract, onboard, develop/train talent to build a strong team
Required Qualifications:
- 17+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- 7+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate/PG or higher.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certification in Program Management/SCM/Analytics
- SharePoint experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of an organization
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Financial planning and analysis experience
Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment or ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
