The consultant will assist in the preparation of State Action Plan (SAP), Annual Action Plan (AAP), District Action Plans (DAP) and priorities packages of works considering convergence of various Programme viz, Jal Jeevan Mission, State programs, Externally Aided Programme etc. The detailed scope of work will be as below:The team Leader is expected to play a key role in interface with MPPHED and the PMU. TL will provide guidance to PMU on review methodology and coordinate deployment of the core team and specialists.
Provide strategic vision, guidance and leadership on matters relating to PMU planning and strategy, management and its operations.
Coordination with all relevant inter and intra-departmental officials and other external parties concerned
Convene meetings at stipulated intervals to monitor the overall progress of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in MP.
Develop and apply monitoring and evaluation criteria to better measure the effectiveness and outcomes of projects undertaken by Department under JJM Presentation on project performance and allied progress report of JJM to the stakeholder.
Ensure communication of all changes in monitoring of JJM projects of the Department.
Facilitate the development of MIS Dashboard to act as a data repository and dashboard to facilitate monitoring of JJM.
Conceptualize, formulate and prepare proposals to implement Rural Water Supply Projects on PPP mode.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
