Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President - Sales, Marketing & Business Development , you will play a pivotal role in driving Arteva Group's strategic objectives across all verticals.
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across verticals.
• Lead the sales team, set clear goals, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Identify and penetrate new market opportunities, expanding the company's footprint nationally and internationally.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
2. Marketing Leadership
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to specific verticals, including Real Estate, BPO, and Government Projects.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
• Enhance Arteva Group's digital presence through targeted online marketing and social media strategies.
3. Business Development
• Drive business growth by identifying and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Prepare and present business proposals, investment pitches, and feasibility reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and industry leaders.
• Ensure alignment of business development activities with organizational goals and values.
4. Leadership & Team Management
• Mentor and inspire teams across sales, marketing, and business development to achieve peak performance.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Create training programs to build team capabilities in line with industry advancements.
5. Project Management & Consulting
• Oversee end-to-end project management for critical initiatives across all business verticals.
• Provide strategic consulting to enhance operational efficiencies and achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and alignment with Arteva Group's objectives in projects involving public-private partnerships.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Consulting, Government Projects, or Hospitality is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
• Strong understanding of government business processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
• Proficient in market analysis, competitive research, and strategy formulation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Skills:
• Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead large teams across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
