We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Management I to join our Global Cash Management Solutions team. This role is located in Pune.



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Ownership and management of Cash Optimization Solutions (COS) and Core Account Solutions product offerings - including product roadmap and development, ongoing continuous solutions enhancement, commercialization and cross functional business activities.

Ownership of new product development and rollouts including feasibility, business case, product governance, technology development, operational readiness, implementation and go-to market strategy.

Act as the subject-matter-expert and key liaison with sales, relationship management, proposals and business development teams to win new business, retain existing business and drive revenue. Provide product leadership in structuring solutions for clients using the full suite of COS and Core Account Solutions offerings available.

Provide product leadership for day-to-day management, product maintenance and issue resolution with - technology, operations, client services, marketing, risk and other stakeholders.

Staying in touch with latest developments in the Cash Management space and ensuring BNY Treasury Services' offerings continue to be at parity and market leading.

Use data and analytical tools for key product decisions and recommendations.

Ensure all control measures are in place and maintained meet Risk, Compliance and Audit standards as per policy.



To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelors degree or equivalent. Master preferred.

Professional qualifications - CTP or CertICM preferred.

Minimum 7 year experience in corporate banking/transaction banking/treasury services

Product management experience preferred must have experience with Cash Management- Cash Pooling including Physical Cash Concentrations and Notional Pooling, Payment Services and Account Services.

Experience in developing and launching new products preferred.

Excellent quantitative, analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, time management, and collaborative skills

Driven, execution oriented and entrepreneurial mind set. Self-starter with ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to self-direct work, multi-task, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work.

Strong leadership skills, demonstrating experience of operating successfully within larger cross-functional organizations.
