We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Grade J to join our HR \xe2\x80\x93 Project Consultant Team. This role is located in Chennai / Pune \xe2\x80\x93 HYBRID.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivers and executes on a full spectrum of HR solutions and services to the region/global teams.
• Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems and lead resolution projects.
• Managing projects to successful completion within designated parameters
• Develop and implement custom solutions using power Apps and Power Automate
• Automate workflows and human resources processes.
• Be a digital and automation advocate.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in process automation and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Visio, etc.) including experience providing consulting advice to internal HR / business management required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
