\xef\x83\x98 Collaborate with executive leaders of the manufacturing units to develop and meet company goals.
\xef\x83\x98 Collaborates with other division\'s and department\'s Leaders to carry out the organization\'s goals and objectives.
\xef\x83\x98 Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for development plans, material, and machine efficiency along with man efficiency, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.
\xef\x83\x98 Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
\xef\x83\x98 Establishes and administers the department\'s budget.
\xef\x83\x98 Presents monthly performance reports and metrics to the Managing Director.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
\xef\x83\x98 Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
\xef\x83\x98 Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.
\xef\x83\x98 Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other executive leaders,
\xef\x83\x98 Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans.
\xef\x83\x98 Oversee day-to-day all manufacturing unit\'s operations.
\xef\x83\x98 Performs other related duties as assigned.
\xef\x83\x98 Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
\xef\x83\x98 Define Production Capability of Equipment, Quality parameters of Product, standard available Hrs. for Equipment, Measure Production of equipment, Measure Quality parameters of Product, Measure run Hrs. of Equipment and achieve the target OEE
\xef\x83\x98 Define GTP (Gross Technical Parameters) for Product, Define BOM for Product like material consumption per unit, Define Process co Experience 15 - 20 Years
