: Vice President of Sales (International) Company: Hocalwire Labs Private Limited Salary Range: INR 70,000 to 80,000 per month (Rest depends on interview) Hocalwire Labs Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales (International) to lead our international sales efforts. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth in international markets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our customer base in international markets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve sales targets and objectives. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including international distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes to develop effective sales strategies and positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials to support sales efforts. Drive the sales forecasting process, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management. Develop and maintain sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to track progress and ensure accountability. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company\'s products and services and establish thought leadership. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementations. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in international sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Extensive experience in selling technology products or services to international markets, preferably in the software or IT industry. Deep understanding of international sales processes, market dynamics, and cultural considerations. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make strategic business decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Note: The salary range for this position is INR 70,000 to 80,000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview process.
