Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leaders across business units to understand organizational needs and challenges, translating them into actionable HR strategies
Provide expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development
Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts
Talent Management & Development:
Partner with business leaders to create talent acquisition and development strategies that ensure a diverse, high-performing workforce
Champion employee development programs, succession planning, and leadership development to foster growth within each business unit
Promote an inclusive and high-engagement culture that attracts and retains top talent in competitive industries such as banking and capital markets
Advise and guide leaders on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation for their portfolio
Work closely with the HR team to monitor employee satisfaction and culture across departments, implementing strategies to improve engagement and retention
Drive initiatives that promote a positive, equitable, and collaborative workplace environment
HR Process & Policy Oversight:
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements across the business units
Leverage HR data and analytics to measure and drive key metrics related to talent, turnover, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
Budget & Resource Management:
Collaborate with finance to assess workforce costs and make data-driven decisions that optimize investments in talent

Experience & Skills
12-13 years of progressive HR Operations and leadership experience managing/supporting multiple geographies and locations, including experience as HR Business Partner at strategic level
Proven track record in leading organizational change, talent development, and performance management within a global or large-scale organization
Strong expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted teams across diverse industries
Work well under pressure, managing deadlines and demonstrating flexibility in handling multiple priorities
Strong Organization skills and ability to operate fairly independently
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership
