Job Description

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies.
  • Experience in integrating conversational AI solutions with various telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Avaya, Genesys, Fiv9 and CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics.
  • Experience in software development and deployment in cloud-native application
  • Must have done data and AI led digital transformation work in the contact center environment
  • Must be very good with various programming and scripting languages like Java, Node JS, Python, Groovy, etc.
  • Must have done socket programming, data streaming, VOIP, etc.
  • Must have built API using SpingBoot frameworks, Next/NEST js, or any other web framework
  • Must have good knowledge on databases (RDS/NoSQL)
  • Good to have exposure or working knowledge of one or more BPMN frameworks/platforms like Apache Camel, Comunda, Activiti etc.
  • Must be hands-on with tools like Git, BitBucket, etc.
  • Must have good knowledge of DevOps and with Jenkins deployment pipeline or similar technologies
  • Good to have an understanding of SDLC e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Have good knowledge of data structures, and must be very good at analytical and problem-solving
  • Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Leadership qualities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management
  • BE/BTech/MCA/Ph.D. from tier I/II institute in CS or related field
